Hem..Hem..folks !!!
What do you think is appropriate definition for weekend ?
"Some said it is the end of a week"
"Some said it is day where we can take a rest"
[My opinion : Nod Nod]
In my dictionary, weekend mean days that can be use by us for extra-curricular activities and sleep. Why do I say so ? It is because usually these are the kinds of stuffs which I will do during my weekend. Here we go, let's I shared with you some of my weekend activities.
Week 1
A series of activities had been planned before the weekend, but at the end, all of them going to be held on the same day but different time. Supposedly, there was a test [EOP] in the afternoon, a beach clean up programme carried out by TCC in the evening and during the night, my coursemates and I had planned to catch up a chinese orchestra show in Kuala Ibai. But, what can us do ? All of them come together, testing on our time management but at last we did it. We make all these things possible. Yeah !!! (please refer to EOP tone).
After taking EOP test, I had about two hours to rest before proceed with the next activities. I took a nap and take bath before we heading to TCC Mini Museum at Kampung Mangkok, Setiu. We spend almost an hour there, accompanied the kids to a unknown beach site to clear up the rubbish. Together with me was Davis Chark. We leave Kg. Mangkok at 6.30 pm and our next destination will be Terengganu Equastrian Resort (TER) at Kuala Ibai for Chinese Orchestra. On the way back, most of did realized that we haven't took our dinner, but at the same time, we did understand our time was running short, so we just ate some bread and maggi (our popular meal) at the nearby petrol station. After fetching another two coursemates, our "rempit" journey started. The driver, Woei Shyan and Davis Chark had to race to Kuala Ibai within one and a half hour. Jeng ! Jeng ! At last, we were late too. But, we do enjoyed the show especially the finale part where the cute host sang the song, "我的心里只有你没有他"
Week 2
For the last weekend, erm..should I said, I had spent my weekend meaningfully ! Erm..yes, that's right. Hehe !! Angkat bakul lagi +.+ On Thursday, I followed Sze Hoon sampling at Setiu wetland, monitored the growth of her baby Halodule pinifolia.
Thanks to the tide level, we managed to finish at 12.30 pm but unfortunately, the boat only came to fetch us at 2.30 pm. In conclusion, we spent almost two hours at Mat Gendut doing nothing. T.T On that night, we went for "Krabby meal", thanks to Phei Yin, all of us get a chance to eat mud crab, Scylla olivacea. Most of us enjoyed the meal even both Sze Hoon and I cannot consume on those tasty crabs. On the next day, I was asked to help Lubna to breed her pair of African fish and shocked her eggs using electric current. "Be quick", this is what she asked me to do.

Both Lubna and her coursemate were squeezing out eggs from female African catfish.
These are the eggs (black in colour)
Here is the pity male African catfish, being abandoned after the sperm was taken out from him
"Euson, please pray for me, for the eggs to hatch"
This is what Lubna said to me before I leave the hatchery.
Thanks Lubna for asking to help you, cause I get to learn new thing, how to breed African catfish.
KILL THE MALE, TAKE IT SPERMS & SQUEEZE THE FEMALE, TAKE IT EGGS !!!
Looking forward to help you for another attempt. ^.^
After African catfish, I went to Auditorium to give support to my juniors and Dr.Siti for their oral presentation.
Looking at their presentation, gave me a flashback, when I was on the stage presenting my powerpoint. Missing those days when we were buzy-ing with fieldtrip, even though the time was fully occupied but we felt that we did use it wisely.
Week 3
This coming weekend is AMAZING. I will be at Sungai Pulai as volunteer to Save our Seahorse (SOS), a conservation programme. Will be helping them in seahorse tagging. + on, will be celebrating an advanced B'day for She Yong, a friend of mine who now studying in MMU. The weekend will be AMAZING but the coming weekdays after this weekend will be HORRIBLE. (hint = 7 assignments and 2 tests are waiting for me)
